Built on experience. Designed for better working relationships.

Vexture is an artist-led talent partner connecting studios with carefully selected freelancers across 3D, real-time and immersive projects.

We combine hands-on production knowledge with straightforward support and talented people who are genuinely great to work with.

How Vexture began

A more human approach to freelance talent

Vexture began with our own experience of the freelance industry. As a practising 3D artist, Harry saw first-hand how much time could be lost to recruiters who did not fully understand the roles, unsuitable opportunities and communication that left both studios and freelancers frustrated.

After building strong relationships with his own clients, Harry began recommending trusted artists when studios needed additional support. Not simply people with impressive portfolios, but people with the skills, attitude and reliability to become a valuable part of the team.

Those recommendations grew into Vexture. Today, we are building the artist-led freelance network we felt the industry was missing. One where studios can find the right support quickly, and talented freelancers can access good opportunities without the usual runaround.

The team behind Vexture

Together, we combine production understanding with the organisation and personal support needed to make freelance partnerships work well.

Harry brings hands-on production experience to every brief and recommendation. He understands the roles, tools and realities of creative production because he continues to work within the industry himself.

His approach has always been simple. Produce brilliant work, communicate properly and be someone people enjoy having on their team. Those are the same standards we look for in every freelancer who joins Vexture.

Chloe leads the operational and marketing side of Vexture, making sure the experience is clear, organised and well communicated for studios and freelancers alike.

She keeps relationships moving, supports the day-to-day running of the network and helps make Vexture a dependable point of contact from the first conversation through to the end of a project.

What matters to us

Great work starts with the right people

Technical ability matters, but it is only part of what makes someone right for a project. Reliability, communication, collaboration and how you treat the people around you matter too.

Every recommendation carries our name, so we only introduce freelancers we trust and would choose to work with ourselves.

For studios, that means less time searching and greater confidence in the people joining their production.

For freelancers, it means relevant opportunities, fair rates, clear communication and support from people who understand freelance life.
